Sustainability Development Policy

As the global energy transition becomes the “new rule” of doing business, the challenge extends beyond business adaptation to building stability and sustainability simultaneously. The Company is therefore committed to advancing clean energy businesses and integrated power systems under the ONE-STOP ECOSYSTEM model, with good corporate governance serving as a fundamental foundation. At the same time, the Company integrates its Sustainable Development Policy into all business processes to foster clean energy innovation, strengthen energy infrastructure, and enhance the application of modern technologies and digital innovations. These efforts not only support future energy security but also aim to generate positive environmental and social impacts, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and promote the long-term stability of renewable energy.

Under this framework, the Company has established the Sustainable Development Policy as a guiding principle and best practice for conducting corporate activities throughout the value chain, from upstream to downstream. This approach ensures that all business processes and organizational growth do not create negative impacts on natural resources and society, while simultaneously strengthening economic development and local communities. The Company also promotes communication and stakeholder engagement across all stakeholder groups to encourage acceptance and collaborative advancement throughout the business value chain. In addition, the policy is reviewed and updated annually to ensure alignment with evolving business contexts, emerging challenges, and internationally recognized sustainability standards.

The Company therefore places strong emphasis on communicating and translating the policy into practical actions. This begins with foundational sustainability training during new employee orientation and continues through department-specific practices implemented across the organization. At the same time, the Company communicates information and transparently discloses performance results to ensure that employees at all levels understand their roles and responsibilities and are able to apply sustainability principles effectively in decision-making and day-to-day operations. These efforts are carried out alongside fostering mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholder groups in order to strengthen trust and jointly create long-term sustainable value.

This statement represents the Company’s commitment to developing environmentally friendly clean energy innovations alongside the preservation of natural resources and promoting the well-being of all stakeholder groups. This serves as a vital foundation driving operations across all dimensions. The Company has integrated this concept of responsibility into corporate goals and strategies to formulate 3 core strategic pillars: We care Business, We care People, and We care Social. Supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

The Company recognizes its responsibility to conduct business in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is committed to driving sustainable development through three key dimensions: Economic Growth, Social Inclusion, and Environmental Protection. Therefore, the Company has established sustainable development goals that align with business strategies, corporate goals and stakeholder expectations in a balanced manner. Currently, the Company supports and implements a total of 13 sustainable development goals, utilizing them as a guiding framework to create positive impacts on the economy, society and the environment. This approach aligns with the Company’s vision of building stability and resilience in renewable energy for a sustainable future.

Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all
The Company places strong importance on the health, safety, and well-being of personnel in an appropriate working environment. Management guidelines have therefore been established to promote occupational health and safety as well as the well-being of employees, including all related stakeholders such as contractors, business partners, and surrounding communities. These measures aim to ensure workplace safety, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve the target of zero occupational accidents. (3.4, 3.6)

Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
The Company recognizes the importance of education and therefore supports employees and their families in gaining equal access to education through annual scholarship programs. (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) In addition, the Company collaborates with various educational institutions to establish educational networks that support the development of vocational skills for students. Internship opportunities are provided to enable students to gain practical work experience, which can be further developed, refined, and applied responsibly in their future careers. This contributes to increasing the number of youth and adults with relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills for employment and decent work. (4.4)

Promote gender equality and create equality between genders
The Company operates with a commitment to promoting gender equality and ensuring equal opportunities in employment without discrimination. (5.1) All business activities are conducted without unfair discrimination and with respect for human dignity. Individuals are encouraged to develop their potential and access various sources of knowledge and opportunities equally. (5.5)

Sustainable water management
Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all
The Company recognizes that water is a vital natural resource and therefore prioritizes effective internal water resource management. Comprehensive water management processes are implemented throughout the production process to improve water quality, reduce pollution, and increase safe and responsible water recycling and reuse. (6.3) These practices ensure that water resources are used efficiently and optimally, while supporting the long-term conservation and restoration of water resources. (6.4)

Access to clean and sustainable energy

The Company operates in the clean energy sector and is committed to investing in business development in accordance with its vision to drive efficient and universal access to clean energy for all. (7.1) Additionally, the Company consistently procures and integrates new technologies into the production process (7.3) to increase the proportion of renewable energy utilization. (7.2)

Decent work and growing economy
Promote continuous, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, and promote decent employment
The Company places importance on economic growth that aligns with stakeholder expectations. The Company is committed to being a responsible employer that respects human rights and operates responsibly toward all stakeholders. This includes supporting employment opportunities for people in communities surrounding operational areas, including persons with disabilities, selecting contractors that comply with legal requirements, prohibiting child labor, and promoting a safe working environment for all. Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation
The Company operates in businesses related to clean energy, technology, and energy innovation. It is therefore committed to investing in and supporting the continuous development of environmentally friendly technologies in order to strengthen sustainability across industries. The Company also supports the development of infrastructure based on clean energy and collaborates with educational institutions to foster long-term innovation development. (9.4, 9.5)

Sustainable Cities and Communities
Promote inclusive social development and sustainably enhance community capabilities
The Company recognizes the diversity of operational areas across the country and has therefore established risk prevention and mitigation measures that comply with legal requirements while remaining adaptable to the environmental context of each location. (11.6) In addition, the Company focuses on strengthening communities by supporting local economies, creating employment opportunities, and enhancing the capabilities of local residents to achieve sustainable development together. (11.3)

Responsible production and consumption
Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns
The Company operates in the clean energy business, including solar and wind power generation. Its operations are conducted under the principles of responsible consumption by utilizing available resources efficiently and maximizing resource utilization. (12.2)
Goal 13
Solve global warming problems
Take urgent action to combat climate change
The Company recognizes the importance of addressing global warming, which accelerates climate change. The Company therefore prepares a Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report to compile both direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions from its operations. The results are used to establish targets and action plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in alignment with Thailand’s commitments announced at COP26 and internationally recognized standards. Terrestrial Ecosystems
Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, and sustainably manage forests
The Company promotes responsible forest management practices by avoiding unnecessary deforestation, supporting the restoration of degraded forests, and increasing reforestation and forest rehabilitation efforts. (15.2) These actions contribute to protecting ecosystems and biodiversity.

Peace, Justice and Security
Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development
The Company recognizes the importance of promoting peaceful societies and sustainable development. Its operations are conducted under the principles of transparency and accountability, as reflected in its participation in the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC). Collaborating to Advance Sustainable Business
The Company conducts its business in accordance with good corporate governance principles and collaborates with government agencies and stakeholders to strengthen transparency standards and combat corruption in all forms. (17.16) In addition, the Company works closely with business partners and communities to create shared value (Creating Shared Value: CSV), which contributes to employment generation, income distribution, and the sustainable development of local economies.
